Historic Home for 7: Walk to Beach, Pets & Family

Excellent property and very responsive and thorough host. Location was wonderful and close to everything Stonington has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is great find! Very clean, well appointed, we were very comfortable and the hosts offered everything we needed for two nights. Gerard was wonderful to coordinate with. Will definitely be back!

This unit is a nice space for a getaway in the Stonington/Mystic area. It is walkable to Stonington borough, but is a bit of a walk through a park and over a bridge. The unit is in a house that has another unit attached to it. The unit was clean and the space was nicely updated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that would be needed to cook meals if desired. There was coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, spices provided. The laundry room is in the basement and there is no laundry basket so plan accordingly if you desire to do laundry while you are there. There was laundry detergent and fabric softener provided which was convenient. There was a highchair in the unit, but no children's books that were advertised. Overall, I would recommend the unit for a stay in the area, but the description of the property is a little misleading as I outlined in the review.

This property was fantastic! The host was very communicative and checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. There was very clear instructions and resources for guests, plenty of parking, an out door space. The rental also came with many amenities including coffee maker and coffee, spare toiletries, feminine hygiene products, baby equipment, tons of closet space, plenty of pillows and towels, etc. It felt like we were at a bungalow curated by a resort hotel. Truly a stand out experience!

Gerard was the most wonderful host! He was incredibly responsive and proactive. The check in process was seamless and the house was absolutely adorable! I cannot wait to stay again.
