Historic Waterfront School HouseWe’re so happy that we stayed at the Historic Waterfront School House. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Not too big, not too small, just right. Parking is just behind the unit. But one of the best things is the side patio with prime view of The Mystic Bridge going up and down. Seriously one of the closest homes to downtown. Only three doors down the street to Main Street where all the shopping and restaurants are. A two block walk to Mystic Pizza. You can be back at the School house with a hot pie! I was very impressed how Great Gull Island Properties handle everything during our stay. It was so nice that they didn’t require us to strip the beds or do many of the things others require. They just asked us to leave the home tidy and start the dishwasher. Thank you Great Gull Island Properties for treating us as Guests. I look forward to staying at your properties again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and immaculate home right on the majestic Mystic River! Our host was very communicative and kind. What a perfect location - walking distance to the fun restaurants, bars and shopping! Can’t wait to return!

Positive: I loved the location and the seated area in the lawn overlooking the water. I also loved that kayaks and bikes were available even though we didn't get to use them. The cottage was sooo cute with absolutely everything we needed. Gerard was so attentive as well. Great time all the way around!
